By placing an order, the Customer accepts the delivery terms for both Poland and international destinations.
Alfavit Sp. z o.o. only sells to adult individuals and legal entities. Sales to minors are only possible with written consent from a legal guardian, submitted via email or fax.
2.1 Orders are only accepted from registered users.
Private customers must provide: full name, address, phone number, and email.
Business customers must also provide their tax identification number (NIP).
2.2 Customer data is not shared with third parties except within the same corporate group or when required by law. Customers have the right to access their registered information.
2.3 Order history and personal data are protected by a password. Customers are required to keep their password confidential.
3.1 The prices listed on alfavit.eu at the time of order placement are final. All prices include VAT.
3.2 Delivery costs are calculated separately depending on the selected shipping method. Usually, the delivery fee is charged only once, even if the order is shipped in multiple parts.
3.3 Orders delivered outside of Poland may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Alfavit Sp. z o.o. has no control over such charges and advises checking with your local customs office.
4.1 Payments are processed through the Worldline payment gateway, which supports the following methods:
Card payments: Visa, Visa Debit, V Pay, Mastercard, Debit Mastercard, Maestro, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay (CUP)
Mobile payments: BLIK, Apple Pay, Google Pay
Online banking: Przelewy24 (P24), A2A transfers, SEPA Bank Transfer
Digital wallets: PayPal, Alipay+
Cryptocurrencies: Worldline Crypto Payments (availability may vary by region)
4.2 During the payment process, the Customer is redirected to Worldline’s secure payment page. Alfavit Sp. z o.o. receives only the confirmation of payment status and date. Card and payment details are not stored or processed by the company.
4.3 In the case of payment by invoice, the due date is 14 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed. Please always include the invoice number in the transfer reference.
5.1 Delivery time ranges from 2 to 20 business days, depending on stock availability. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
5.2 In the case of extended delays, the Customer will be notified. The Customer has the right to cancel the order. Alfavit Sp. z o.o. may also cancel orders for unavailable products and offer a refund or replacement.
5.3 Orders containing items with different delivery times are usually shipped together once all items are ready. Partial shipments are possible upon request. Delivery charges typically apply only to the first shipment.
Alfavit Sp. z o.o. is not liable for:
damages resulting from product use,
delivery delays,
the content of periodicals,
copyright issues (the responsibility lies with the publisher or manufacturer).
7.1 Private customers may return items within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be in their original condition.
7.2 Returns in business-to-business transactions are governed by Polish Commercial Law.

7.4 Refunds are issued within 14 business days of receipt and inspection of returned items, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
If the Customer receives the wrong or damaged product, they must notify Alfavit Sp. z o.o. promptly. A replacement, refund, or discount will be offered depending on the situation.
Alfavit Sp. z o.o. is not liable for delays or order cancellations due to force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, etc.).
Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute may be submitted via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform:
